All models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or at this site were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions.
Exemption Statement – With respect to the depictions, if any, of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct produced by third parties and posted to this website by third parties, and for which the operators of this website are not deemed "producers" pursuant to Title 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c) to the extent that the operators' activities with respect to such content are limited to the distribution, transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of depictions posted by third party users on areas of the website under the users’ control, the operators of this website are exempt from 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements. Pursuant to such statutes, the operators of this website reserve the right to delete content posted by users which operators deem to be indecent, obscene, defamatory or inconsistent with their policies and terms of service.

a) they do not portray actual sexually explicit conduct as specifically defined in 18 U.S.C §2256 (2) (A)(i)-(iv);
b) they do not portray depictions of the genitals or pubic area created after July 27, 2006;
c) they do not portray simulated sexually explicit activity created after the effective date of Title 18 U.S.C. §2257A;
d) they were created prior to July 3, 1995; or,
2) with respect to visual depictions for which the operators of this website are not exempt from the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, individuals in such depictions were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time such depictions were created. Records required to be maintained by 18 U.S.C . § 2257 with respect to such depictions are located at:
